We all have lived a life where we spend time doing things. 50% of the average person's time is done sitting. Many things and ideas are passing us by in life, when those are the clear moments to make a difference in our own lives and in the lives of others. What do I have to lose? I really don't want to lose any more time where I can grow and develop.
