Firm Foundation Leadership Coalition, Inc., provides services to our Latino communities based on their self-identified needs to enhance their leadership skills and develop self-advocacy. We are distinguished, outstanding and locally recognized for our leadership commitment to human development and community service in the Latino community.

FLCI wants you to be available for conference calls weekly and expects you to constantly be checking emails, responding, etc. ALSO when I told them I needed to take some time off from volunteering I was never thanked for my efforts and contributions, they just deleted me off emails. The group wanted you to contribute like it was a full time job expecting volunteers in specific roles to be in constant contact.
