Our Mission â ¦ In pursuing our vision, The Osborn will: Meet Customer Needs. We believe our first responsibility is to our residents and their families. They are a diverse group of adults, rich in wisdom, and exacting in their needs and expectations. We will strive to be the leader in meeting the universal need for a real home and all that this implies. Satisfied customers are the most significant measure of our success. Assist the Needy. Consistent with the spirit of Miriam Osbornâ s will, it is the intent of The Osborn to serve both those who are financially independent and those who need financial support. Financial assistance will be provided to needy residents consistent with the prudent long-term use of resources of the Miriam Osborn Memorial Home Association. Be The Employer of Choice. The character and quality of The Osbornâ s facilities are unique in the industry. These will be maintained and enhanced to ensure our leadership position. Within this setting we will provide a continuum of care including home care, independent living, assisted living, and short term and long term skilled nursing. We will contribute to the well being of the broader community in ways that will enhance its appeal as a place to live and work, most particularly by participating in activities that draw on our unique experience and skills. And we will maintain our campus as a source of civic pride.
