To reduce the overpopulation and suffering of dogs and cats through education and low-cost spay/neuter programs and to rescue, vet and place adoptable dogs and cats into good permanent homes.

Description

A no-kill animal welfare program that places adoptable cats and dogs in safe, loving, permanent homes. PPI has a network of foster families where dogs and cats live until they can find a forever home. Dogs that are without foster homes are boarded at a veterinary care/boarding facility.
