The Monrovia Library strikes an excellent balance between being both super-organized to provide a framework that volunteers can work in, and being flexible and interested in individual volunteer skills and interests. Beyond that, it is a very positive, friendly, enthusiastic environment, and I've enjoyed every single person (staff and volunteers) that I've had contact with at the library.
I volunteer twice a week at the library, and it is a real highlight of my week. I would highly recommend it.
