Mission Statement

The mission of The Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries is to promote and validate animal sanctuaries around the world through an established accreditation process aimed at ensuring that animals receive the highest standards of care and to assist in the emergency placement of animals.

Description

We have five main programs:

Accreditation/Verification of animal sanctuaries around the world to insure sustainability and humane care.

Outreach: Resource bank, webinars, workshops

Rescue: Support rehoming of dispanced captive exotic and domestic wildlife, equine and farm animals.
