It is an evidence-based program that teaches you to start walking safely and stick with it.

Be a friend to a local senior in West Roxbury! Visit with an elder in his or her home to provide companionship, relieve loneliness, and share interests. For some elders, this match-up program is one of their most important services and they look forward to seeing their companion every week! Bingocize(r) combines exercise and health information with the familiar game of bingo, which is a great and fun way to get seniors moving and socializing.
