Aeon is an award-winning nonprofit provider of high-quality apartments and town homes for the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, and serves more than 3,000 people annually.
Established in 1986, Aeon currently provides 1,785 units of quality, affordable housing. Aeon's mission is to create and sustain quality affordable housing that strengthens lives and communities.
Aeon provides the following services:- Renovating and constructing apartment buildings and town homes with a strong emphasis on quality, community participation, and people-centered design.
- Helping residents create home by connecting them to each other and community resources.
- Making certain that Aeon's values and high standards are reflected in the daily operations of each property, ensuring that properties are assets to residents and the greater community.
Aeon primarily serves individuals and families earning low incomes. Special populations include homeless youth, homeless adults, and homeless adults seeking a sober community.
