Mission Statement

Palisades Emergency Residence Corporation (PERC) exists to defeat the cycle of poverty, understanding that food and shelter are fundamental human rights. PERC believes that with help there is hope. We empower women, men, and families who are in need or at risk with an opportunity to renew their lives.

Description

PERC achieves its mission by providing emergency shelter for individual men, women and families, a soup kitchen and food pantry, permanent housing, and a Homework Club and Summer Program for children of low-income families.
