The Safety of Seniors Handyman Program provides services to seniors, age 60 and older, residing in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin counties. The program's goal is to keep all seniors living safely and independently for as long as practicable.
Mission Statement
The Volunteers of America Colorado Branch seeks to identify and serve the basic needs of the most vulnerable individuals and families in the community.
The Safety of Seniors Handyman Program seeks to improve the quality of life for senior citizens by providing assessment, repair, and referral services that extend the period of time during which seniors can remain safe and independent in their homes.
