The mission of the Little Children’s Developmental Center (LCDC) is to provide a safe learning environment for children between 2 through 5 years of age, and to support low-income and working poor families by helping them increase their understanding and awareness of appropriate developmental practices for their pre-school child or children.

Founded in 1994, The Little Children’s Development Center (LCDC) has operated continuously from its inception and provides a holistic approach to early comprehensive education and family support through social services, employment training in the childcare field, and job development to enhance the quality of life of our target population.
