They have shown themselves to be one of the most inept organizations my wife & I have ever been associated with. They are unable to understand the needs of their clients, let alone able to actually meet those needs.
For over 2 years we asked them for help; most notably with counceling for variouse aspects of cancer. For over 2 years we were told that no help exists for us. Then, 3 months ago they gave us list loaded with support groups. Too bad it was 2 months before my wife died.
So much for support. This organizations is in deperate need of some competent leadership and organization.
