Goodwill utilizes volunteer personnel whenever deemed appropriate in the furtherance of mission fulfillment to assist team members in administrative or store work. Volunteers are not utilized to avoid hiring team members for regularly established positions.

Amalia informed me a follow - up call would be conducted. In a previous phone call I was told "welcome to the team and we can't wait to have you." This was not professional and unorganized.
