Description

Hospice is a philosophy and program of care for persons in the advanced stages of any serious illness. The Community Hospice provides comfort care and emotional support for patients, and support, respite and bereavement services for their families throughout Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady Counties, southern Washington County and the Amsterdam community in Montgomery County.

I knew my dad would receive wonderful care. I didn't expect the level of care that was given to me. From the world's best care team to the amazing care from Will and Sianna...you all gave my dad and I great times together and supported me through and after my loss. Your Christmas program was the best "re-entry" program possible. I have only been able to volunteer thru knitting and donating program covers for the memorial services. Hope to be able to become more involved.
