We build heathly communities by addressing basic human needs and by developing relationships that lead to individual accountablity and change. We do this by demonstrating faith-based principles in aiding people from all walks of life.

Description

LIFT: Life Intervention for Families in Transistion. ACS Community LIFT has three programs that help those in need; FamilyCare, Medical Services and Disaster Response.

There is not a more passionate group of 4? employees that do so much to serve the Denver community. Many organizations have tried to mimic ACS LIFT with maybe twice or three times the staff and STILL can't do what these people do. Their center is organized, people are called by name because they know their story. It is an organization without judgment or question or "why don't you...." It's just a place of "let us help you." I have volunteered for MANY MANY places and nothing compares to the new family I have because of ACS LIFT.
