The Celtic Festival and Highland Games of the Quad Cities is a program of the Celtic Cultures Alliance of the Quad Cities. It’s our mission to educate families about the rich cultures and contributions of Celtic peoples worldwide. You can help us support Celtic culture and education in the Midwest.
