I absolutely loved volunteering at CONTACT and continue to do so whenever time permits. I learned so much from the training and being able to help people who call the hotline because they are in some sort of crisis is so rewarding. Thomas and the rest of the staff are wonderful and make sure you are truly prepared to take the calls and make it all go very smoothly. Every single time I go in for a shift, I always come out feeling like I've made a difference. Great, great organization!
