Mission Statement

The International Society for Autism (ISA) is an organization which exists to improve the lives of all affected by autism. We work to:

  • Sponsor and conduct research on empirically based treatment approaches for individuals with autism.
  • Provide scholarships for individuals in financial need to attend clinical based treatment programs.
  • Increase public awareness about the day-to-day issues faced by people on the spectrum, advocating for appropriate services for individuals across the lifespan, and providing the latest information regarding treatment, education, research and advocacy.
  • Hosts comprehensive conferences on autism.

Description

The ISA staff and professional contacts, serve families searching for help in their journey with autism. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Andrew S. Rubin, Ph.D. and many parents of children with autism, the ISA serves as a free source of trusted and reliable information about autism. The International Society for Autism office is headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The ISA panel of Professional Advisors sets the standards for our Options Policy that governs our practices. It is our goal that each year, the ISA will help support those with autism, families and professionals.
