The mission of OUSTed is to provide essential services to diminish if not stop this ever expanding epidemic. Our aim is to alert and educate citizens about the dangers involved in such schemes, to act as a conduit for the expedient exchange of information between law enforcement officials world wide, and to establish an international network of lawyers, barristers and legal counsel to assist victims in the recovery of losses and facilitate the prosecution of perpetrators.
Mission Statement
OUSTed is an international coalition of citizens and private companies which acts as an advocate for the protection of the citizens of the world against the Nigerian Advance Fee Fraud schemes known internationally as "4-1-9" fraud after the section in the Nigerian Penal Code which addresses fraud schemes.
