The Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter is a community-based organizaton with programs and services reaching approximately 1,000 homeless adults annually. Its major programs are desgined to help the homeless move to lives of dignity and independence

The mission of the volunteer program at the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter is to expand and enhance the quality of its programs for homeless men and women through community involvement and integration while providing a rewarding experience for the volunteer.
