Fox Valley Lutheran Homes (FVLH) operates a 41 unit independent living apartment for adults 62 and over. We are open to all regardless of religious affiliation. Our goal is to help older adults live independent for a long as possible with our "Living With Assistance" programs. We have a RN on site two days a week to work with our tenants and families to help them live independent safely.
In addition we have a large outreach ministry "Faith In Action". We have RN's at meal sites and community meals to do blood pressure screenings, programs and referrals. In addition we receive calls asking for help. A nurse does an assessment and then we use volunteers to give rides, help shopping, prepare meals, housekeeping, walking a dog, etc.
