Description

As a non profit agency we provide a number of services to families in transition which include: working with inmates from prison with life skills, identifying and securing housing. Case managers and licensed clinicians are also able to provide diagnostic assessments and counseling. Skill building for families transitioning from public housing to residential communities. We are linked with other social service agencies to make referrals when needed such as the furniture bank and the food bank. We provide services to those individuals referred from court and need anger management, domestic violence, conflict resolution. Services are also provided for at risk youth and their families.
