Description

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are volunteers who receive training and are appointed by the court to gather information about specific cases involving abused and neglected children involved in the court/foster care systems. Volunteers present fact-based recommendations about what is in the best interest of each child, with the goal of securing a safe and permanent home for each child with the least amount of unnecessary delay.
