F.R.I.E.N.D.S., Inc. is a non-profit sponsor a horse program. F.R.I.E.N.D.S.,Inc. rescues EIA (Equine infectious Anemia) positive horses, which would otherwise be destroyed. We are a quarantine facility with 60+ horses. Our facility works closely with the Vets hoping for a cure or vaccine for EIA. All of our funds go to the care of our horses. Our ranch provides an alternative to euthanasia for the horses and an opportunity for our members to enjoy the companionship of a horse, which is otherwise to expensive for many people. We have numerous functions where the whole family can participate.

This is a wonderful organization that provides a loving, clean and healthy environment for these beautiful horses and a couple of goats too =). Debbie and her staff are such friendly people who are so very dedicated to the well-being of the horses that come to F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

It was a wonderfull experience and I recommend it to everyone. The horses are well taken care of, by the generous support of volunteers. They are truly loved and appreciated. I loved spending time with them and doing the work was very rewarding. I can't wait to go again!

The FRIENDS ranch is a wonderful place to do some good old fashioned hard work for a great cause! Seeing the animals is a pleasure and a lot of people all helping out to maintain the ranch for these beautiful animals makes for a great team effort. Many people that come out to volunteer decide they want to participate in the sponsor-a-horse program which is a great way to have and care for a horse of your own. They also have a MERIT program to reward the generosity of the volunteers and to recognize their hard work! Community involvement is evident at this fun and peaceful place to give back and help maintain a haven for the rescued horses. I would recommend others to go to the ranch and volunteer your hours! Very enjoyable !

The work can be hard but the horses are beautiful and it is worth it to help them out. This horse rescue needs a lot of help so i would recommend it to people that love animals and aren't afraid of a little hard work! the other volunteers are really nice and the staff pitches in to help too. Be sure to bring clothes and shoes that can get dirty and bring snack and beverage.
