Mission Statement

ECF's mission is to provide the highest quality services for children and adults who are challenged with developmental, learning and emotional disabilities - empowering them to reach their greatest potential.

Description

ECF serves more than 3,700 children, students and adults with special needs each year in the Los Angeles area at 15 program sites. Programs include early intervention for ages 0-3; a K-12 special-education school; job training and supported employment; fine arts training for adult artists with disabilities; and residential homes.

Great setup, support, and volunteer staff for the day. If all events were like this one, everybody would be shining up.
