The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and career development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.

What We Do

Our programs help women achieve financial independence by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and community. We help disadvantaged women find and maintain employment. We also help them achieve health and wellness, as well as self-defined financial and professional success.

I am a personal shopper in Dress for Success Greater Orlando and I can say this volunteer opportunity fulfills my soul. I cannot explain my love for every client and every other volunteer I work with. I feel this is the best job with the best team ever, with the best purposes it could has. I love being able to change lives daily and empower women showing how strong and beautiful they are. As an addition, I can say this job teaches me everyday that everyone matters and that everyone needs help and also can help. I live with severe depression and this job has been more than a therapy to me. It is truly happiness that I feel by being at this place. No money could pay as a salary what being a personal shopper here means to me.
