The mission of theTennessee Kidney Foundation is to improve the health and well being of Tennesseans affected by kidney disease by facilitating, advocating and encouraging education, prevention, detection and treatment along with promoting organ donation throughout the state.

Description

The Tennessee Kidney Foundation provides services in the following areas: prevention, early detection, patient services, public education and community services. Patient services include educational materials, workshops, medical alert tags, support groups, assistance with transportation expenses, emergency financial assistance and more. We provide free screenings for kidney disease and conduct educational programs in the community and provide education materials at health fairs, etc.
