Mission Statement

Hands of Grace Faith in Action is a coalition of Fulton County, Ohio faith congregations and community agencies whose purpose is to enhance the quality of life for the frail, elderly and people living with disabilities, their caregivers and families through volunteer outreach assistance and a part-time adult day care program.
