Spectrum focuses on positively impacting the lives of "at-risk" youth and young adults, as well as others in the Greater Atlanta Area. This is achieved through high technology training, career planning, mentoring, shaping of proper work ethics, professionalism, social etiquette and the unfolding and development of a positive self image.

GuideStar offers very little information about this nonprofit organization (NPO). Spectrum is in the GuideStar database, proving it is a recognized NPO, but there are no Form 990s, BoD, or financial statements. GuideStar says Spectrum has a $56,470 budget and serves 217 clients.
