Mission Statement

Vision and Mission of the Arlington Jaycees The Arlington Jaycees is a people-oriented organization, made up of individuals with many different backgrounds, such as bankers, accountants, doctors, salespeople, builders, and managers ... all types of young people join the Jaycees to help their communities and improve themselves. Our vision and mission have remained the same: Leadership training through community service. As one of the oldest chapters in the State of Virginia, the Arlington Jaycees have won many outstanding awards. Our service projects have a significant impact on our community. The Chapter's greatest asset, however, is its members, who have grown as individuals, professionals, and citizens during membership in the Arlington chapter. The skills and friendships we have developed have enabled us to seek greater challenges and opportunities in all aspects of our lives.
