Collegiate Independent Study Association is organized to promote quality documentation and support of independent study learners.

Description

We evaluate open courseware and provide methods of documentation of study of opencourseware and collegiate materials outside of a college or university.

We improve the availability and structure of independent study learning. We insure that evidence of independent study accomplishment is suitable for employers and for further education.

So far this has been a great experience. Steve, the primary contact, has been great at expressing their mission and what needs to be done to achieve it. They also make you feel like an equal versus someone who just came in off the street. They value your opinion and truly want to help others.
