Three Streams Family Health Center is a faith-based nonprofit that serves both insured and uninsured people in Western North Carolina. For those without insurance, we work on a sliding scale based on income and household size. We believe in excellent patient care with an emphasis on whole health, body, mind, and spirit. Access 4 All, our new clinic, opened on January 18, 2011! We can see the uninsured for minor urgent care needs and primary care during our new extended hours, as well as during our normal hours. Three Streams is continuing to step out of the box to find ways to meet the needs of our uninsured community in Buncombe County and WNC. Our hours are:
- Monday: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Thursday: 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
- Friday - Saturday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Mission Statement
Establishing a Mission Center of Health and Wellness located in West Asheville which offers Family Practice Medicine integrated with recognition of Spiritual components to illness, and by the practice of Preventive Medicine, Education, and Counseling focusing on the importance of Faith and Prayer in daily life and health. These services are available to all regardless of medical coverage while upholding the dignity of all persons regardless of race, status, or beliefs.
