The Kansas/Missouri Center provides Talent Search services to the communities served by 16 target high schools and four target middle schools with sizable numbers of minority, low income and potential first generation college students in Kanas City, MO; Kansas City, KS; and Topeka, KS. additionally, the center serves other schools in the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area on a targeted basis. The target area has a high percentage of low income and minority individuals many of whom have low educational attainment levels compared to the overall population of Kansas and Missouri.

To provide the highest quality educational opportunities that will empower members of the Hispanic/Latino Community to max their personal and educational potential in order to become lifelong learners and leaders.
