Description

The Salvation Army serves the homeless, low income individuals, and families through the following programs: Homeless Services provides emergency lodging, day resource center, vocational training, transitional housing, affordable permanent housing, and case management. Family Services provides food from our pantry for families in need, rental assistance, utility assistance, and case management. The Adult Rehabilitation Center provides treatment for substance abuse and/or addiction. Seeds of Hope provides assistance to victims of human trafficking including food, shelter, clothing, permanent housing, education, and medical care.

I like volunteering because I know I'm doing a good thing. Most people don't think about things like that but I do.

The Salvation Army in Las Vegas (Owens Street) got me sober. I went through the womens program & they changed my life.
