The Peregrin Foundation

Mission. To help sustain and grow our cultural inheritance, the Foundation sponsors Early Stage Startup Companies that are focused on digital media technology research and development and the application of interactive multi-media content for use in support of cultural initiatives regarding life long learning, economic development, and individual participation in law and governance.

The currently active early stage startup company is referred to as iCITE - The Interactive Law Channel. iCITE has been granted a license under 35 U.S.C. 184 for it "Language Engineering Thought Object System" pursuant to provisional patent application 61/516,901.

iCITE has prepared a comprehensive prototype of the application software [i.e., HyperLaw] needed to prepare and deliver one-of-a-kind pertinent and relevant law information to wi-fi devices using multimedia technology. It invites venture labor stakeholders to register their interest in participating in the continued development of the application. Interested stakeholders must disclose their identities and agree to participation agreements.

501(c)(3) Corporation. The Foundation invites professionals, who would like to participate in commercially and socially beneficial programs, to expand and utilize their knowledge and experience by practicing one or more of their skills with an early stage start up company.

The Foundation's corporate documents have been reviewed and approved by the Internal Revenue Service. It has been encouraged to help facilitate economic development initiatives, related to communications and information technology, that focus available human and capital resources on economically beneficial initiatives.

The volunteer categories below are not jobs per se. They are opportunities for volunteers to invest their time and expertise in programs that may create new employment in a community. The programs that are sponsored by the Foundation are essentially Early Stage Startup Companies.

The early stage development companies are engaged in Digital Media initiatives that are directed at global opportunities. Volunteers who have a means of support are encouraged to invest their time by virtually participating in activities that are necessary to prepare a early stage development company for commercial operations. The invested labor is accounted for and treated in a manner similar to a financial investment. In other words, the invested labor of volunteers may provide them with a financial return on investment if the early stage development company succeeds.

If you are interested in facilitating economic development by helping early stage development companies with part time Venture Labor Investments, then perhaps the opportunities listed on this web page will provide you with a means to contribute to the economy and benefit yourself as well as others. More details are provided to interested volunteers.

Only volunteers representing themselves should contact the Foundation

DONATIONS:

The Foundation does not encourage donations from any person who directly participates in or collaborates with its early stage new business start up and job creation programs.

However, it does accept financial or in-kind contributions from individuals and public or private organizations. It is particularly interested in in-kind donations of modern high performance laptop computers that have substantial memories, wi-fi capabilities and 32/64 bit processors. [Donations are tax deductible.]

Laptop and desktop computers are contributed to U.S. Veterans, college students, and professional program participants to help them develop and apply their skills as they engage in innovative technology development and economic development initiatives. The Foundation invites professors, veterans and college students to provide their professional services to early stage startup companies as they engage in STEM educational programs at accredited universities.

Would you recommend The Peregrin Foundation?

AOL has deleted all of its web pages without adequate notice to the Foundation. The Official web site for the Foundation is now on VolunteerMatch and the telephone number is functional. You are welcomed to call and decide how you can help the Foundation achieve its objectives. It's most interesting program is referred to as the International Law Channel. It expects to be providing consumers anywhere in the world with improved technology that will answer their legal questions directly from their cell-phones and laptop computers.
