As Charlotte's oldest and largest Hispanic service agency, the Latin American Coalition is the first point of contact for Latino families in need. We open our doors to all who require assistance, providing support and relief to more than 13,000 individuals every year. Whether it is connecting skilled workers to employers, assisting someone who has been a victim of fraud, or helping newcomers access services, find a home, start a business, or learn English we seek to find answers for our clients and empower them in the process.

To promote full Hispanic participation in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg region by informing, educating, and advocating for the Latin-American community.
