Mission Statement

Renz Addiction Counseling Center is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated empowering individuals to lead healthier lives through the prevention, intervention, and treatment of substance abuse and gambling problems. The Center also provides HIV prevention education, testing and counseling through outreach activities in the suburban Chicagoland area.

Description

The Renz Addiction Counseling Center provides alcohol and substance abuse and compulsive gambling prevention and treatment services to people of all ages. We offer special programs for women, youth , and those who are in close relationship with a person who is addicted, their parents, partners, spouse, and children. Established in 1961, Renz Center's offices throughout the central Fox Valley region are licensed through the State of Illinois. Our staff have expertise in the prevention and treatment of addictions anf bring with them a wide variety of professional, personal and academic backgrounds. We are a publicly supported , not-for-profit agency and use a sliding fee scale for our client services. No one is denied service because of an inability to pay. We are approved for reimbursement by most insurance companies and adhere to all federal and state guidelines regarding the confidentially of treatment cases.
