Mission Statement

Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Center is dedicated to providing care and services for the senior members of our community with the highest quality care and compassion. We are committed to offering personalized daily health monitoring, rehabilitative care and socialization for physically and cognitively impaired adults. For those suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or other dementia, we assist participants and their families throughout the course of the disease to cope the intellectual decline and increasing physical and functional dependency that characterize the disease and the resulting disruption of family life.
