The Hotline is a 24 suicide preventiopn/crisis intervention. The volunteer is ask to make a 3 month committment doing a four hour shift a week. I will do a training period with each volunteer.
Mission Statement
To provide centralized services in St. Joseph County for crisis intervention; assessment, information and referral; and volunteer screening, referral and placement. The vision of Community Resource Center is to develop a well-publicized continuum of access points that enables people to find information and help they need in a way that is most convenient and meaningful to them.
