Minnesota Valley Action Council (MVAC) is a private, non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Minnesota, serving southcentral Minnesota. MVAC is a local institution working on local problems within the widest possible spectrum of local needs and interest. It uses federal, state and local resources to provide assistance wherever needed. MVAC's mission statement is: To develop resources and opportunities which empower people and communities.
