Sexual Trauma and Recovery Services provides a wide range of free and confidential services to all victims of sexual assault in Washington County-past or present, children or adults, friends or family. We have a 24/7 hotline. We provide crisis intervention, short-term counseling, information and referrals. Support is available whether the assault occurred several hours ago or many years ago.
Mission Statement
Sexual Trauma and Recovery Services for Washington County exists to work toward the following goals: 1. To help assure that all people whose lives are affected by sexual assault and related crimes have access to necessary support and advocacy services in Washington County. 2. To educate the public about issues of sexual assault, including sexual assault of children, incest, acquaintance rape and sexual assault prevention. 3. To work toward the eradication of sexual assault by examining, understanding and working to change the societal dynamics which supports its existence.
