Holy Trinity Hospice is a Medicare certified Hospice program operated by the Eastern Orthodox Management Corporation providing compassionate care for people of all faiths and cultures. Holy Trinity Hospice contracts with its partner in care and highly regarded skilled nursing facility, Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, which has been operating since 1994.
Mission Statement
Holy Trinity Hospice provides individuals with ethical care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people with terminal illness, while maintaining the highest standard of personal care. Care is centered on the patient, family, and caregiver. Hospice personnel respects and responds to the unique difference in family or caregiver, lifestyle, values and wishes. Each person is treated with dignity and respect, in keeping with the values and traditions of the Orthodox Christian Faith. Hospice reflects a spirit and philosophy of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying. Hospice makes it possible for the dying to remain independent for as long as possible. Hospice emphasizes control of pain and other symptoms, and dying in familiar surroundings.
