North Shore Senior Center

I am doing several regular volunteer opportunities here, between driving seniors to appointments, helping set up various activities, interviewing seniors in their life stories program, and doing weekly lunches in their House of Welcome, a day program for seniors with memory loss. It's a shame the other reviewer did not hear back from NSSC because they are fantastic! I know they did have turnover with their Volunteer Coordinator so perhaps there was an issue with that. I am at the NSSC weekly and I LOVE it there! Great community of people and so many opportunities for volunteering!

I signed up to volunteer, but never heard back from the organization. It's really frustrating and I've been going through some life changes. I thought this would help me get back to some form of normal.
