BAS Foundation is a 501 c-3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping families and individuals across the country (currently serving the King County area). Our idea is unique, well thought of, and very much supported. But, we desperately need help from people like you! We also need perishable and non perishable food donations.
Mission Statement
Thousands of families and individuals are suffering from hunger in your community. While there are food banks, families and individuals who have been restricted from transportation cannot get to these food banks. The restricted include the elderly, disabled, affected by drug abuse, or others who are stuck at home for any emergency reason. It could be your neighbor, or a friend. How will you feel knowing that these very people will sleep tonight on an empty stomach?
Our fellow citizens here in USA are suffering, and it’s time we support them.
Right now, the amount of people that desperately need food has doubled since last year. Our mission is to deliver ready to eat and healthy foods right to their doorsteps how do we do this? We have a food-crisis line. People directly call 211 and their request is transferred to one of their closest food delivery business. From there, the business will deliver food to their doorsteps in a dignified manner. We also serve hot food on a weekly or monthly basis to areas deeply affected by poverty.
