Quite disorganized. I do not speak spanish, and asked if that was a requirement, the volunteer coordinator assured me this was not. Upon my first day, they had me shadow an interview conducted in Spanish. I asked if this was a regular occurrence and was informed that to her knowledge 100% of their interviews were conducted with Spanish. Efrain who recruited me, did not appear to say thank you for my time or showing up, or sorry. They need to get their act together
