Cabrini Connections is committed to helping at-risk urban children obtain the skills and experience needed to move from poverty to careers. Since 1993, we have provided comprehensive school-to-work opportunities for inner-city children by recruiting volunteers to contribute time and talent as one-on-one tutors, mentors and advocates for more than 80 teens living in Cabrini-Green and other low-income areas of Chicago.
Mission Statement
We seek to connect workplace volunteers with inner city k-12 youth in structured, long-term programs where volunteers serve as tutors, mentors, advocates, coaches, leaders and change-agents.
