Mission Statement

The McKean County SPCA is an organization committed to loving and caring for homeless, abused or neglected animals.

Description

Our volunteer Board directs the operations of the animal shelter. Shelter staff provide health care, affection and adoption opportunities for the animals in their care, doing their best to make the shelter a home. A full time cruelty officer investigates acts of animal cruelty and neglect.
