Heart to Heart Hospice provides support for both patients and families that are going through one of the most difficult transitions in their lives- experiencing a terminal illness within their family. We provide support through a palliative approach, providing pain management for patients and emotional and spiritual support for both the patient and family members. An imperative part of our program to provide the necessary support for our patients and families are the volunteers within our company that continue to enhance the quality of life of both our patients and families. I am currently looking for individuals who are interested in visiting patients at Nursing Homes and their homes to provide companionship, socialization or to do things such as simply play games with the patient. Every patient and family’s needs are different. If you would like to make a huge difference in someone’s life then please contact me!

Provide peace of mind for a family, by sitting with their loved or offer a listening ear for a family that needs someone to talk with. Every patient and families needs are different. Clerical Support Needed in Sugar Land

We are in need of a few receptionists to rotate a schedule during the week. Hours are flexible within M-F, 9a-5p Clerical experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided. Volunteers can perform other duties such as filing, copying, mail-outs, unpacking and organizing the supplies, and making patient informational packets. Volunteers are crucial for these programs to succeed! Get involved and be a blessing to our office staff by taking advantage of this wonderful opportunity. Almost at my 1 year volunerring date with H2H Hospice. It's an amazing organization,staffed with angels who love what they do despite the heartache. The volunteer coordinator is super friendly and supportive from day 1. I have no plans to stop volunteering at Heart to Heart Hospice any time soon.
