Mission Statement

Friends of Animals Utah (FOAU) is a non-profit organization based in Park City, Utah. FOAU is comprised of staff and volunteers dedicated to assisting shelters in northern Utah, in rescuing and finding new homes for dogs and cats. Through shelter rescues, FOAU has achieved the goal of ending euthanasia of healthy, adoptable dogs and cats.

Description

Friends of Animals Utah has two facilities where we utilize volunteers. When we rescue a dog or cat, we bring the animal to our Rescue and Rehab Ranch near Peoa, Utah. We spay or neuter the animal, implant a microchip for identification and prepare the animal for adoption. When an animal is ready to be adopted, we place the animal in our adoption center where people can interact with the animal and adopt the animal into their home
