Mission Statement

9Health:365 (formerly 9Health Fair) advances health awareness, providing people with the tools they need to take responsibility for their own health.

Description

9Health:365 works to provide Coloradans with the support and preventive health tools they need to live their healthiest lives 365 days a year! Formerly 9Health Fair, we have worked with the community for over 40 years running local health fairs, which provide low-cost blood screenings and free health assessments. We have now expanded our services to include online screenings, telehealth, and supporting the state of Colorado's quest for equitable distribution of the COVID-19 vaccines.

Medical and non-medical volunteers are needed to assist at various 9Health:365 events. In addition, several leadership opportunities exist for volunteers who would like to assist in managing or planning a health fair site. 9Health:365 also needs volunteers to work in its office throughout the year.

Health far are important because people who don't have opportunity to see physican can get early screening and be able to manage there problems early on.

I helped with blood pressures and felt the volunteers were well trained and everyone was very friendly. I feel it is an excellent service especially now that so many people have no insurance. Great time and very worthwhile!
